STEP 2 : Now, if you haven’t already done so, send us photos of your damaged property.

Please do not send more than 30 photos.

Take photos of the following:

  • General photos of each of the rooms affected DURING the flooding and AFTER the water has been evacuated
  • Photos of the source of water infiltration in the building

  • Photos of water damaged appliances
