This policy establishes practices and procedures for the provision of goods and services to people with disabilities in accordance with the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service Regulation under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (the “AODA”). Prysm General Insurance recognizes its obligations under the AODA and supports Ontario’s goal of striving towards accessibility by January 1, 2026.
